so i just watched a film on Wahoo's fish tacos and i though that their marketing skills were very smart and selective. They used the four p's of marketing in good ways that were stratigic and helpful not only to them selves but also to the bettering of the community and other businesses in the area.
they used the marketing mix of blending place, product, promotion, and price to better everything. They served their food and at cheap price to their niche market of extreme sports athletes that look for a good food when they feel low on food and energy. They also sponsor events for these atheletes by giving food away at sporting events to also help promote themselves in the same time. All Wahoo resturants are stratigically placed along side of extreme sports places such as skiing resortes, beaches, or your local sky diving spots.
